Delivery Zones & Fees
We deliver across Nigeria and internationally. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Lagos orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Other states within Nigeria take 2 to 5 business days. International orders take 7 to 14 business days.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Zahrah Modest is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over ₦450,000 within Nigeria. This threshold is automatically applied at checkout.
