Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Zahrah Modest. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: sale items, items marked as final sale, and any items that have been customised or altered to your specifications.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
